General Information
All products are laser quality and are available in Red Alder, Maple, Blue Pine, Red Oak, Cherry, Mahogany, Walnut, Ash, Hickory, Poplar & Quarter Sawn White Oak. Please see our Wood Species page for some differences between our woods.

Minimum Requirements
Minimum of $100 per sale is required.
Minimum of quantity of 5 for all products.
(Quantity is determined by size and wood species, they must be the same to qualify)

Terms of Sale
All first time orders are paid for by credit card or certified funds C.O.D.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Open account can be established with credit application approval.
Net 30 days with approved credit.
2% finance charge added to past due invoices.
All accounts 30 days past due become C.O.D. until current.
All accounts 90 days past due become permanent C.O.D.
An invoice will be mailed or emailed upon shipping.

Over-Under Policy
For Custom Product and Laser Wood Strip orders every attempt is made to ship the exact quantity ordered;
however, we reserve the right to under-ship or over-ship up to 10% of the units ordered.

For Standard Catalog Product orders we will ship the quantity specified on the order unless
we have called to ask for permission to send any extras that were manufactured.

All orders will be shipped UPS GroundTrac unless otherwise specified.
All shipping charges will be added to invoice.
A minimum handling fee of $3.50 will be added to orders under 2 lbs.
A handling fee of $7.50 per box will be added to each box over 2 lbs.
Additional handling may be charged on oversized packages.

Pick-Up Orders
Larger orders will be packed in boxes for safe transport, unless we are told otherwise.
There will be a Handling fee charged of $3.50 - $10.50 per packing box used
depending on the size of the order/boxes needed.
Claims and Returns
We are not responsible for loss or damage suffered in transit. All claims for merchandise
lost or damaged in transit must be made immediately to Colorado Heirloom.
All packaging and materials must be kept for transit company inspection.
No merchandise will be accepted for return or credit without prior authorization.
All return requests must be made within 30 days of the ship date.
